Ecco un altro modo per presentare la rainbow cake!<br />
E' troppo divertente e accattivante..e se la fate con la farina di riso, quindi senza glutine, è ancora più leggera!<br />
Ricetta:<br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Times,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Rainbow
cake (dalla ricetta di Martha Stewart)<br /><br />Dosi per
uno stampo da 20 Ø<br /><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">270 gr di
burro a temperatura ambiente (dev'essere proprio a
pomata)</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">600 g di
zucchero</span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">6 albumi di
uova grandi a temperatura ambiente</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">2 cucchiaini
di estratto puro di vaniglia</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">400 gr di
farina</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">5 cucchiaini
di lievito per dolc</span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">i</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">1
pizzico di sale</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">430
ml di latte a temperatura ambiente</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">colorante
in gel viola,blu, verde, giallo, arancione e rosso</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;"><br /></span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">In una
ciotola setacciate insieme farina, lievito e sale.</span><br /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">In una boule
d'acciaio (o in planetaria se l'avete) lavorate il burro finché diventa cremoso,
quindi aggiungete lo zucchero in 2 volte e continuate a lavorare fino ad
ottenere una crema gonfia e spumosa. </span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">A questo
punto aggiungete gli albumi, uno alla volta, sempre lavorando il composto, ed
infine la vaniglia.</span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">Aggiungete ora, in maniera alternata, la mistura di
farina (farina lievito e sale) ed il latte, iniziando con la farina e finendo
con il latte. </span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;"> </span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">A questo punto abbiamo ottenuto il nostro composto, che
divideremo in parti uguali in 6 ciotole (io ho pesato l'impasto in modo tale da
avere la stessa quantità per ciotola e ogni ciotola conteneva all'incirca 300 gr
di impasto). Aggiungete i vari coloranti (ne basterà la punta di un cucchiaino)
nelle ciotole (1 colorante per ciotola) e amalgamate l'impasto fino ad ottenere
colori omogenei.</span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">Se avete più
stampi e il vostro forno lo permette potete infornare anche 2 -3 strati per
volta, altrimenti fate come me e infornate 1 strato per volta, a 180° (forno
preriscaldato e statico) per 15 minuti (non di più, altrimenti l'impasto
secca!).</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Mi raccomando, nel frattempo che i primi strati di torta
sono in forno mettete in frigo gli altri impasti per bloccarne la
lievitazione.<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 14px;">Una volta
cotto sfornate su un foglio di carta forno e lasciate
raffreddare</span>.</span></span></span><br />

Su internet ho trovato queste immagini così da farvi capire meglio il procedimento, basta versare l'impasto al centro della teglia, aspettare qualche secondo che si allarghi e versare l'altro, sempre al centro e così via per tutti i colori!<br />

Per realizzare le conchiglie ne ho prese alcune vere, le ho lavate con cura poi ho fatto un controstampo con della pdz e l'ho messa in congelatore per farla indurire, poi l'ho spolverata di zucchero a velo e con altra pdz ho formato la conchiglia e l'ho dipina a mano!<br />

I peccaminosi, goduriosi devil's food cupcake!<br />
Se ci tenete alla linea stategli alla larga..basta 1 morso e non riuscirete più a farne a meno!<br />
Sono morbidissimi, si sciolgono in bocca e inutile dirlo sono il massimo per ogni amante del cioccolato.<br />
<br />
L'abbianmento classico è con il frosting al cioccolato, io per il compleanno di una mia amica li ho abbianti uno con il frosting al mascarpone, l'altro con una ciliegia allo cherry all'interno e mousse al cioccolato e altra ciliegia in cima.<br />
La ricetta l'ho presa dal sito <a href="http://www.pandispagna.net/blog/2010/03/03/devils-food-cupcake/" target="_blank">pandispagna.net</a>, una garanzia in fatto di cupcake.<br />
<br />
Dosi per 16-18 cupcake:<br />
<br />
38 gr di cacao amaro in polvere<br />
90 ml di acqua calda<br />
90 gr di farina per dolci<br />
90 gr di farina 00<br />
5 gr di bicarbonato di sodio<br />
5 gr di lievito per dolci<br />
7 gr di sale fino<br />
180 gr di burro<br />
225 gr di zucchero<br />
2 uova grandi, a temperatura ambiente<br />
9 ml di estratto di vaniglia<br />
120 ml di panna da cucina<br />

Riscaldo il forno a 180°.<br />
Fodero una teglia per muffin coi pirottini
di carta e la metto da parte. Miscelo il cacao in polvere e l’acqua
calda fino ad ottenere una crema liscia ed omogenea. In un’altra ciotola
setaccio la farina, il bicarbonato di sodio, il lievito ed il sale.<br />
Sciolgo il burro assieme allo zucchero in un pentolino a fuoco medio,
mescolando per unire gli ingredienti. Rimuovo dal fuoco e verso il
composto nella ciotola del mio mixer elettrico Kitchen Aid .<br />
A velocità
media e con la frusta piatta, mescolo fino a quando il tutto sia
raffreddato, 4 o 5 minuti.<br />
Aggiungo le uova, una alla volta, mescolando
per incorporarle e raschiando i lati della ciotola con una spatola per
amalgamare bene. Aggiungo la vaniglia e la crema di cioccolato,
mescolando bene. <br />
Riduco la velocità del mixer a lenta. Incorporo la
farina in 2 volte, alternandole con la panna da cucina, mescolando solo
fino a quando gli ingredienti si sono appena combinati.<br />
Divido il composto tra i pirottini, riempendoli per 3/4 della loro
capienza. Inforno e faccio cuocere per circa 20 minuti. Trasferisco la
teglia su di una griglia e lascio raffreddare per 15 minuti. Rimuovo i
cupcake con l’aiuto di una forchetta e li faccio raffreddare
completamente.<br />

<strong>INGREDIENTI</strong><br />
Per uno stampo rotondo ø 20-22 cm con bordo sganciabile 6 /8 porzioni<br />
<br />
<em>Per la crosta</em><br />
<br />
› 300 g di biscotti › 80 g di burro preventivamente sciolto › 1 pizzico di cannella › 1 teaspoon di miele di acacia<br />
<em>Per la crema</em><br />
› 400 g di formaggio tipo robiola › 300 g di ricotta fresca di mucca › 200 g di <span class="u26774" id="u26774_7">zucchero semolato</span> bianco › 150 g di <span class="u26774" id="u26774_6">panna fresca</span> › 40 gr di <span class="u26774" id="u26774_5">yogurt intero</span> naturale › 4 uova freschissime intere<br />
leggermente battute › 1 buccia di limone, <span class="u26774" id="u26774_8">non trattato</span>,<br />
grattugiata › 1/3 di semi bacello di vaniglia › 1/2 teaspoon di farina bianca 00<br />
<br />
<strong>PROCEDIMENTO</strong><br />
<br />
<em>Per la crosta</em><br />
<br />
Frullare finemente i biscotti, aggiungere cannella, miele, burro
sciolto e lavorare il composto direttamente con una mano. Mettere alcune
manciate di impasto all’interno dello stampo e creare prima il bordo e
poi la base. Riporre la teglia in frigorifero per almeno 30’.<br />
<br />
<em>Per la crema</em><br />
<br />
Amalgamare il formaggio con ricotta setacciata, yogurt, zucchero,
buccia di limone grattugiata, vaniglia, uova panna e per ultimo la
farina setacciata. Rovesciare la crema nel vostro stampo e cuocere in
forno preriscaldato a 160° per 55’ + 5’ avendo cura di aprire lo
sportello del forno per far uscire il vapore in questi ultimi 5’.<br />
<br />
<em> Tempi di raffreddamento e degustazione</em><br />
<br />
Estrarre il dolce dal forno e lasciarlo raffreddare per almeno 3 o 4
ore e poi riporlo in frigorifero per almeno altre 2 o 3 ore. Estrarlo
dal frigorifero 20’ prima di de- gustarlo. Si può decorare con
marmellata di lamponi o fragole, frutta fresca oppure con una ganasce di
cioccolato. Deve essere consumato massimo entro 2 /3 gg dalla
preparazione e conservato rigorosamente nel frigorifero.<br />

Regalo insolito vero??<br />
Per me è stato molto divertente realizzarlo, sono due victoria sponge farcite con mousse al cioccolato fondente, una è la base, l'altra la parte superiore del panino.<br />
L'hamburger è fatto con impasto di cereali spolverato con cacao, molto realistico!<br />
Ho assemblato il tutto con dell'insalata, del pomodoro e del formaggio (tutto ovviamente fattodi pdz) <br />
e ho fatto i vari strati tenuto insieme da della ghiaccia reale che ha funto da maionese e ketchup.<br />

Con mooolto ritardo vi posto le torte che ho fatto a dicembre!<br />
Questa è la prima, una torta artistica che mi ha fatto tonare nel mio elemento: l'arte.<br />
Una torta " total Warhol " dal barattolo di zuppa, alla famosissima banana, fino al simbolo del dollaro.<br />
E' tuto modellato a mano, scritte comprese! <br />

All'interno questa meravilgia è una red velvet gluten free, la mia solita ricetta a cui sono affezionatissima!<br />
Ne vado molto fiera, l'ho sentita molto mia..e poi quando è arrivata nel locale dove si teneva la festa sono rimasti tutti a bocca aperta!<br />
E nonostante celiaca era solo la festeggiata nessuno si è accorto della differenza..è piaciuta a tutti!<br />

Questa dolce tortina mi è stata chiesta martedì mattina per giovedì sera.<br />
Mi sarebbe piaciuto fare di più ma il tempo era contro di me e quindi mi sono dovuta accontentare di una semplice decorazione con fiori e farfalle..però devo dire che il risultato mi ha sorpresa!<br />
Le bamboline me le ha date la mamma della festeggiata,in 1giorno e mezzo sarebbe stato impossibile farle!<br />
Nell'insieme fa una gran figura, e l'importante è che la festeggiata è stata più che soddisfatta!!<br />

Questa torta l'ho fatta due settimane fa, semplice e raffinata ha riscosso un gran successo.<br />
E' una mud cake al cioccolato bianco farcita con chantilly al pistacchio.<br />
Eccovi la ricetta, è quella di Toni de "Le torte di Toni", una garanzia!<br />
<br />
Ingredienti:<br />
<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;"><br />250g burro<br />250g cioccolato bianco<br />200ml acqua<br />300g
zucchero<br />330 gr di farina</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Times;">1 bustina di lievito</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Times;">2 uova</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Times;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Times;">Imburrare e coprire di carta forno una tortiera da 24 e preriscaldare il forno a 160°.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Times;">Far sciogliere a bagno maria il burro, il cioccolato, lo zucchero e l'acqua poi far raffreddare per 10 minuti.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Times;">Versare il tutto nella planetaria e iniziare a montare, nel frattempo unire la farina e il lievito setacciati poi le uova una alla volta.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Times;">Infornare per un'ora circa, fare sempre la prova stecchino.</span><br />

Una dolce e raffinata ruffle cake per una piccola ballerina!<br />
Sono due piani di visctoria sponge farciti di crema chantilly alla vaniglia e pezzetti di cioccolato fondente.<br />
